Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide a service date and time. Our Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling request, but specific dates and times may not always be available.

3. Payment and Fees

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of \$50.

Refunds are not provided, as we aim to ensure the best quality service. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will rectify the issue at no additional charge.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide access to the property where the cleaning service will take place. If our staff cannot access the premises due to any reason, a \$50 lockout fee will be charged.

You are responsible for securing valuable items and ensuring that pets are safely contained during cleaning sessions.

6. Liability

While we take great care to provide top-quality cleaning services, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or items that were not disclosed by the customer before service. Spiffy Home Cleaning LLC is not responsible for breakage or damage caused by customer-owned equipment.

We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising during the cleaning service unless caused by negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

7. Termination of Service

Spiffy Home Cleaning LLC reserves the right to discontinue or suspend services to any customer who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior during the service.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality
